Escrow Specialist

Project support for loan delinquency backlog in the escrow department

• Research and identify reason for delinquency (loans not set up in escrow)
• Identify the solution and process the loan correctly in escrow for payment
• Follow up with municipalities and attorneys regarding delinquency
• Tax analysis
• Process loan accurately and coordinate with borrowers and appropriate parties
• Reporting on loan files meeting requirements
• Process disbursements for property taxes, insurance premiums, and other escrow-related payments
• Prepare and deliver escrow documents, including tax documentation and closing statements
• Additional Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of mortgage escrow experience

Mortgage servicing or banking experience

Escrow and tax analysis

Strong loan research experience

Strong communication skills

This is a Contract position based out of Lake Mary, FL.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
