ABOUT CASCADE :
Cascade Community Healthcare (CCH) has been providing treatment services to Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes and live more satisfying lives. Cascade currently has six treatment locations in Lewis County.
We are looking for an SUDP to join our Team! This position is responsible for delivery of clinical services to identified clients. Ability to collect date, analyze, interpret, and evaluate information gathered from the biopsychosocial and other assessment tools to adequately facilitate treatment planning with meaningful goals and objectives to meet the clients needs.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE :
Day Shift : Monday - Thursday, 9 : 30am - 8 : 00pm
TRAVEL :
This position may require travel to Morton, Packwood, and other Cascade Facilities. Must be physically and legally able to drive in Washington State.
PAY SCALE :
SUDP : $30.24 - $36.86
SUDPT : $22.04 - $26.87
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE :
SUDP :
- Substance Use Disorder Professional credential with Washington State Department of Health.
- One year (minimum) of continuous working experience as a Substance Use Professional in an outpatient or inpatient Washington State approved substance use treatment facility.
- Must be able to pass a WA state background checks. A national background check may be required if have not lived in WA state consecutively the last three years.
- Must be able to represent the agency in a positive and professional manner.
- Must comply with agency policies and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills with ability to maintain up to date and meticulous records.
- Must maintain current phone and mailing address on file with the Human Resources Office.
SUDPT :
Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee credential with Washington State Department of Health.Must be working towards an Associate Degree and / or Certification in Substance Use studies and enrolled in an approved school or completed supervision hours. Must be able to pass a WA state background checks. A national background check may be required if have not lived in WA state consecutively the last three years.Must be able to represent the agency in a positive and professional manner.Must comply with agency policies and procedures.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Basic computer skills with ability to maintain up to date and meticulous records.Must maintain current phone and mailing address on file with the Human Resources Office.SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Utilizes professional knowledge and skill on the biopsychosocial assessment. Provides outpatient groups according to curriculum.Collaborates with client and colleagues in developing the plan of care.Demonstrates client education skills.Contributes to the smooth functioning of the agency.Performs regular and recurrent direct clinical contact with a diverse population.Meets direct service productivity requirements as assigned by the Director of SUD, SE, & MAT.Provides on-call phone rotation.Performs other related duties as assigned.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT US :
