Utility Clerk 2nd Shift (Aerospace)

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Utility Clerk to support our 2nd shift operations in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is essential to maintaining smooth logistics and inventory flow, with a strong emphasis on packing, shipping and receiving, and inventory control. The ideal candidate thrives working independently with minimal supervision and demonstrates a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform packing of aerospace components and materials according to company and customer specifications.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including inspection, documentation, and labeling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock organization.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed (certification preferred).
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with day shift teams to ensure continuity and accurate handoffs.

Work Environment

This position is a 2nd shift role from Monday through Thursday, 4 : 00 PM 2 : 00 AM. The work environment involves shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. The role requires the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, with an emphasis on safety and quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 / hr.
