Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

Capps Plumbing & Sewer, Inc., a trusted leader in the plumbing industry based in Wheeling, IL, is seeking a dedicated full-time Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to oversee our parts inventory. This onsite position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24 to $26 per hour .

YOUR ROLE AS A WAREHOUSE INVENTORY COORDINATOR

In this role, you will work closely with the management team to monitor and audit levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records and timely replenishment of supplies. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date inventory records through routine counts and precise data entry. Collaborating with both warehouse and management teams, you will coordinate stock levels and ensure parts and equipment are readily available. Utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools, you will move materials safely throughout the facility. Additionally, you will manage daily distribution and tracking of inventory from the parts counter, ensuring smooth operations.

YOUR SCHEDULE

The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with work hours from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM . This consistent schedule allows for work-life balance while supporting a productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A WAREHOUSE INVENTORY COORDINATOR

Having more than four years of experience is a huge plus!
