Who We’re Looking For

Licensed real estate agents in Massachusetts or nearby states (or in process)
Agents with a passion for commercial real estate
Professionals who are entrepreneurial, resourceful, and results-focused
Excellent communicators and negotiators
Organized individuals with the ability to manage their own schedules and pipelines

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting, listing, and closing commercial real estate transactions

Advising clients on acquisition, leasing, and investment strategies

Performing market research, financial modeling, and property analysis

Navigating zoning, permitting, and compliance-related processes

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with investors, developers, landlords, and tenants

Requirements

Active real estate license (MA preferred)

Prior commercial or residential real estate experience is helpful but not required

Strong analytical, research, and communication skills

Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule and goals independently

Willingness to learn and grow within a performance-based environment

Compensation :

This is a commission-only position. Estimated yearly income ranges from $50,000 to $200,000+, depending on individual performance and deal flow. There is no cap on your earning potential.
