Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development

Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance for multiple branch teams

Deploy effective strategies to stabilize underperforming offices and elevate performance

Create a clear framework for delegation and establish structured branch visits

Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Monitor and manage key KPIs, including :

Order fulfillment rates

Recruiting activity levels

Employee retention and turnover

Payroll accuracy

Client growth and retention

Profitability and budget achievement

Team performance and development

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

Develop and execute regional growth strategies with a clear 90-day and 12-month roadmap

Use data-driven insights to identify high-potential client opportunities

Build strong pipelines for business development while maintaining existing client relationships

Maintain a track record of exceeding revenue, profitability, and placement goals

Team-Building & Talent Development

Recruit, hire, and develop top-performing recruiting and sales talent

Foster a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven culture

Create clear career paths and growth opportunities for your team

Build high-performance teams capable of delivering exceptional client outcomes

Client Relationship Growth

Cultivate and expand client partnerships, growing single-location accounts into multi-location relationships

Balance strategic business development (“hunting”) with deep account management (“farming”)

Position LINK Staffing as a trusted advisor by delivering customized workforce solutions

Operational Excellence

Oversee operational standards to ensure compliance, safety, and quality

Implement and monitor Risk Management and Safety programs within all branches

Ensure LINK’s quality standards for talent are met across every assignment

Optimize internal systems and processes to scale efficiently as the region grows

Qualifications Required

Education : Bachelor’s degree

Experience :

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a service-based B2B company

Proven success managing teams of 3+ direct reports

2–4 years of business development experience with P&L responsibility

Skills & Competencies :

Demonstrated integrity, empathy, and professionalism

Proven ability to hire, inspire, and retain top talent

Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills

Ability to build client partnerships and solve complex workforce challenges

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to quickly learn new systems

Reliable personal transportation

Preferred

Experience in business development or multi-location management

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
