We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and drive the continued growth of our high-performing law firm. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a passion for leveraging technology and AI to enhance business performance. Candidates with the mindset or designation of a Professional Legal Administrator (PLA) are especially well-suited to lead in this operationally critical and innovation-driven position.

About the Role

As our COO, youll work closely with the CEO to drive operational excellence across all departments : Operations, Sales, Billing, Marketing, Human Resources, Compliance, and more. Your leadership will be key in aligning business strategy with execution, sustaining profitability, and maintaining exceptional client service.

In this role, you'll have a chance to become a strategic architect for growth and innovation, especially as we explore AI-driven tools and legal tech to strengthen our competitive edge.

What You'll Do

Operations & Legal Administration

• Manage daily business operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Supervise the Operations Manager and ensure the firms technology infrastructure, case management systems, and data security are optimized.
• Bring a Professional Legal Administrator (PLA) perspective to ensure law firm best practices are followed at all levels.
