Sales Campaign Manager
The Sales Campaign Manager will design, coordinate, and execute strategic sales campaigns to drive qualified opportunities and pipeline growth for Meteor Education, a private-equity-backed leader in the K-12 and post-secondary learning environments market.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on planning and executing targeted campaigns while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing teams. The Sales Campaign Manager will own end-to-end campaign design, from segmentation and messaging strategy to execution and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with sales goals and a strong return on investment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support the design of integrated campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
- Define target segments, goals, and messaging with Sales and Product.
- Maintain a campaign calendar to ensure alignment with broader go-to-market initiatives.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Salesforce / Pardot and CRM workflows.
- Run email, nurture, and prospecting campaigns; ensure landing pages and assets are aligned with campaign goals.
- Repurpose demand generation content into sales-ready materials.
- Coordinate with Marketing on digital, paid, and social activations.
- Partner with Revenue Operations on lead scoring, qualification, and routing.
- Ensure smooth MQL handoff to Sales and monitor conversion performance.
- Track campaign-sourced pipeline and flag improvement opportunities.
- Own reporting on campaign KPIs (opens, CTR, conversions, pipeline influence).
- Share insights with Sales / Marketing leadership and make recommendations for optimization.
- Identify trends that inform future campaign design.
