We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain appointment schedules for team members.
- Plan and execute internal events, including team-building activities and special celebrations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are set up for success.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workspace is well-stocked and functional.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support office needs and events.
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage budgets for office-related expenses and events.
- Act as a point of contact for office-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Proven expertise in customer service and the ability to effectively address diverse needs.
- Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling for multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating events of varying sizes.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and supporting new hires in acclimating to the workplace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office software and tools to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
