Job Description

Project Manager - Multifamily - North Shore MA will be responsible for :

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Monitor project performance, addressing any challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project milestones.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Multifamily - North Shore MA should have :

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience on public + private projects up to $20M
  • Proficient in procore, bluebeam and other related construction software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
