Job descriptionAssist the surgeon during surgical procedures with a high degree of efficiency, anticipating the surgeon’s and patient’s needs during the case Ensure the availability of adequate supplies, equipment and instruments for scheduled cases and assist in opening cases in a sterile manner Utilize physician preference cards to set up each case; updating cards when indicated Assist with patient positioning, skin prep, and draping Ensure accurate sponge, needle, and instrument counts are completed when indicated Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program CST certification preferred Current BLS The capacity to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, while demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity. Authorization to work in the United States without requiring authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

National Spine and Pain Centers is seeking a Per Diem Surgical Technologist to join our team of highly trained, caring professionals at our surgery center in Port St. Lucie, FL.
- Schedule : every Wednesday + every other Monday
- Hours : Dayshift, flexible hours
- Pain management experience highly preferred.
