Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab / IR Technologist with RCIS certification and advanced cardiovascular procedure expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a combined Cath Lab and IR Lab setting
  • Adult patient population in a hospital environment
  • Day shift schedule : 4x10 hour shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM
  • Weekend shifts required as part of the regular schedule
  • On-call required : 7-12 days per 6 week period, with call hours from 5 : 30 PM to 7 : 00 AM on weekdays and 5 : 30 PM Friday through 7 : 00 AM Monday on weekends
  • No floating to other units or facilities
  • Responsibilities include performing advanced cath lab and interventional radiology procedures
  • Must be able to participate in a rotating call schedule
  • Annual and orientation modules must be completed through the Relias / Net Learning portal
  • Strong clinical skill set in cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures is essential
  • Only one time-off request allowed
  • Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recent Cath Lab and IR experience required
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and RCIS certifications are required
  • IR Tech experience required
  • License required if applicable
  • Not open to first-time travelers
