Principal Activities and Responsibilities :

  • Disassemble, Inspect, Report and Re-assemble decanter centrifuges and dewatering equipment.
  • Evaluate machine wear, concentricity, bearing and seal surfaces,
  • Machine parts and surfaces as required
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Clean parts as necessary
  • Materials handling and rigging of decanter parts for repair and shipment

    • Skills and Abilities :

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Work in a safety oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Travel may be required
  • Mechanical abilities
  • Operate tools and equipment required for centrifuge repair and machining.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication to employee's, vendors and customers
  • Organizational skills for parts and inventory
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Maintain high quality of workmanship and productivity
