Key Responsibilities

Developing features for portal releases using Employee Center Pro

Implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities into employee workflows

Integrating data from other tools into ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of ServiceNow Portal technology, EC, EC PRO, HRSD, and workflow designer

3-5 years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem

ServiceNow Admin certification

Experience in customizing the presentation layer of ServiceNow

Familiarity with front end development frameworks like react.js and node.js
