We are seeking a seasoned director specializing in master data management (mdm) to become part of our driven team in detroit, mi. This opportunity offers a remarkable platform to influence our vital data resources, enhancing seamless operations and top-tier decision-making abilities.

What You'll Do :

• Define and champion the enterprise mdm strategy, aligning with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate data governance frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure data is managed effectively across the organization.
• Take the lead in profiling, analyzing, and purifying source data to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of master data across different domains.
• Partner with it, business leaders, and external vendors to integrate mdm platforms with erp, crm, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead all aspects of workflows related to creating, maintaining, and retiring master data records, ensuring alignment with interested parties.
• Provide executive oversight for resolving complex data-related issues and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Drive adoption of mdm practices by educating business users and data stewards on data quality principles and governance processes.
