As a full-time Field Service Manager at Thermacon Service Company, Inc. in Beaumont, TX, you'll be the driving force behind our field operations, ensuring top-tier HVAC service and guiding our team to achieve their best.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS OUR FIELD SERVICE MANAGER :
Leadership and Team Management :
Contribute and engage as an active member of the leadership team.Champion our core valuesServe, train, lead, manage, and hold all team members accountable.Review technician performance and enforce WOW Service standards.Collaborate with other leaders to improve company culture and service quality.Operational Excellence :
Meet and exceed team revenue and profit goalsEnsure the department is fully staffed by hiring, recruiting, and training team members.Support field staff by running service calls and managing retrofit projects.Organize and oversee business development and sales activities to grow the territory.Continuous Improvement :
