If you accept a 12D / N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department’s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time. Staffing ratios - goal is 1 : 4, but can be 1 : 5 Weekends - variable based on unit needs No set / blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staff

• Self-schedule requests - you will enter your schedule requests so we can see your preferred schedule before balancing and posting the final schedule
• First week of orientation is Mon - Fri dayshift. Second week is 36hrs of on-unit orientation with a preceptor 2 Years of Experience Required Patient Age group

• 17 James cares for ALL solid tumor cancers throughout the spectrum of their cancer journey; from new diagnosis, through treatment, and also assisting with transition to end of life care.
• Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls
• Cares for patients that have true med surg issues Certifications Required
• BLS Skills Required :
• Telemetry Interpretation
• Telemetry monitoring Certifications Preferred
• ONS Chemo COMPUTERIZED CHARTING
• EPIC Floating required to other MedSurg Oncology units PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!
