Zoom is hiring a Head of North America CX Solutions Engineering to lead and scale its Contact Center Solutions Engineering team. This role involves managing a team of Consulting Solutions Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and driving sales performance. You will join a global CX Solutions Engineering team focused on modernizing contact centers and enhancing customer experiences. The role requires expertise in Zooms Customer Experience portfolio, collaboration with sales teams, and leadership in technical aspects of CX sales cycles. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, Contact Center industry experience, and a passion for innovation.
As Head of North America CX Solutions Engineering, you will build and scale a high-performing team of Consulting Solutions Engineers. You will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while driving exceptional sales performance. In partnership with the North America CX Sales Leader, you will shape strategic planning, coverage models, and business strategy. You will also collaborate with Core SE and Regional SE leaders to execute a successful specialist SE strategy across the region.
Responsibilities include : inspiring, coaching, and managing the North America Contact Center Solutions Engineering team; fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence in sales execution; developing and implementing a strategic vision for Zoom Contact Centers growth and market positioning in North America; building strong relationships with sales, product, and engineering leaders to drive revenue growth and market share; influencing Zooms CX portfolio evolution using industry insights and customer feedback; serving as the regional escalation point for complex technical and customer issues; and maintaining a deep understanding of CX market dynamics and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
We are looking for candidates with 10+ years in CCaaS, telephony, UCaaS, or cloud communications technologies; 7+ years leading a technical pre-sales organization or equivalent; proven success building and scaling high-performing teams across large regions; ability to drive strategic initiatives and implement organizational changes; expertise in enterprise-level solutions and multi-vendor architectures (on-prem, hybrid, cloud); executive presence with strong communication and influence skills; history of fostering cross-functional collaboration and strategic partnerships; and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings : Minimum : $167,300.00 Maximum : $366,100.00 In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus, and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
