About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of People to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of a forward-thinking people strategy. The successful candidate will be a key executive leader, responsible for championing core values, leading performance management, and actively creating content to support a culture of accountability, growth, and innovation. This role demands a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of operating at the executive level while also being deeply involved in the details of people operations. The VP of People will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, with a focus on hiring, organizational development, and building leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities for the VP of People include people and culture development, strategic people leadership, talent acquisition, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' progressive HR / people leadership experience, with a strong background in performance management, talent development, and cultural leadership. Proficiency in AI-driven people tools and workflows is essential, as is an executive-level presence with the maturity, confidence, and emotional intelligence to partner with C-level peers. The role also requires a candidate with a SHRM-SCP certification and a proven track record of success in a high-growth SaaS or tech startup environment.
