We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience managing large-scale, master-planned residential communities (1,000+ units). Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of land development projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

• Support business development efforts and client relationship management.
