Assistant / Head Baseball Coach

Overview : The Warriors Baseball Club (13U Age Level) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head / Assistant Baseball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various sports disciplines and a strong desire to educate and motivate a highly competitive 13U AAA Baseball Team to achieve their goals.

Schedule : Ability to work three days per week (Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday OR Sunday) approximately 2-3 hours per day in the Fall / Winter / Spring. Summer and season schedule TBD.

Responsibilities :

• Provide coaching and training in baseball.
• Develop personalized baseball daily activities for students based on their age group.
• Instruct individuals or groups on proper techniques and strategies in baseball activities
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress to adjust training plans accordingly
• Ensure the safety of all participants during program sessions
• Collaborate with Manager / Coaches to plan, implement and manage initiative from start to completion.
