Medical Technologist (CLS / MLS)

Location : Dixon, IL | Full-time, Permanent – Direct Hire

Client : OSF HealthCare

Shifts : Day or Evening | 40 hrs / week

Shifts :

Day : Mon–Fri, 6 : 00 AM–2 : 30 PM (Alt. weekends / holidays)
Evening : Mon–Fri, 2 : 00 PM–10 : 30 PM (Alt. weekends / holidays)

Overview :

Seeking a Medical Technologist to perform routine and complex lab tests to support patient diagnosis and care. Responsibilities include specimen analysis, instrument maintenance, quality control, and ensuring lab safety compliance.

Requirements :

Bachelors in clinical / medical laboratory science or related field

ASCP or AMT certification (or eligible within 1 year)

New grads welcome; 1–2 years preferred

Must relocate to Dixon, IL

Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Pay : $31.49–$37.05 / hr. + Differentials | Sign -On Bonus : Up to $20,000
