Pay Range : The hourly rate for this position is $32.00 to $35.00, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle Payroll and General Accounting functions with precision.
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest inquiries and charge requests to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Work collaboratively with SSCs and other service providers to resolve any disputes.
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly account reports as needed.
- Complete essential month-end closing responsibilities.
- Ensure internal controls are upheld regarding hotel revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Contribute to special projects and participate in team training and development.
- Communicate financial results to colleagues and assist with financial inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with other finance and corporate departments.
- Collaborate with your manager to set clear goals and plans for departmental objectives.
- Attend relevant staff meetings and contribute insights.
- Research and provide responses to requests from internal departments and management.
- Adhere to fire, health, and safety regulations at all times.
