What You'll Do :

Assisting residents with personal care (dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)

Supporting residents during meals, recording intake, and ensuring hydration needs are met

Checking in on residents frequently and answering call lights promptly

Taking and recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition

Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges

Helping residents stay comfortable by keeping rooms tidy, making beds, and organizing belongings

Observing and reporting any changes in skin, behavior, or condition to nursing staff

Creating a positive, warm, and respectful environment for residents and their families

What We're Looking For :

Current California CNA certification (required)

Compassion, patience, and dedication to resident-centered care

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliability and professionalism
