Consumer Marketing Manager
The Consumer Marketing Manager supports the Associate Director of Consumer Marketing with execution and measurement of multi-channel direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing initiatives targeting pet owners. This role focuses on driving effective campaign delivery, managing marketing communications, and supporting demand creation across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution and measurement of multi-channel DTC marketing campaigns targeting pet owners.
- Implement DTC advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Manage in-clinic pet owner communication materials and programs.
- Oversee execution of the Zoetis Petcare Rewards program.
- Coordinate marketing activities with alternative channel partners (e.g., retail, vet-sponsored home delivery, etc.).
- Monitor and collect key pet owner insights, competitive activities, and market data to inform ongoing marketing execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, for example : Technical Services, Communications, Regulatory, Legal, and Learning & Development.
- Work closely with agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Maintain responsiveness and strong communication across all stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Desired Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience in consumer-focused marketing.Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field; MBA preferred.Strong execution and measurement skills in consumer marketing.Ability to support and collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in project management and standard business software (MS Office).Strong analysis skills and budget management experience.Results-oriented, highly responsive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize multiple projects with attention to detail and a positive attitude.Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.Core Competencies & Behavioral Traits

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation and long-term incentives.
