A Receiving Clerk is responsible for handling incoming shipments in a warehouse, store, or other business setting. Their main job is to receive, inspect, and process deliveries, making sure that goods match the purchase orders and are in good condition. Responsibilities Check incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Inspect goods for damage or defects upon arrival.
Record and document deliveries in the system.
Label and organize received products for storage or distribution.
Coordinate with warehouse staff or other departments to ensure proper storage or movement of goods.
Communicate with vendors or suppliers in case of issues with deliveries. Required Skills Attention to detail
