Lead Pastry Cook

Looking for a pastry cook / baker who would be interested in working into an ownership / partnership role.

We have a retail / wholesale bakery

Looking for someone who can lead a team, train others and build momentum.

Production organization is a must

Inventory / Pricing

• Salary BOE with partnership / profit sharing opportunities
• Work with all other cooks to produce all pastry food orders
• Ensure all cooking techniques, plate presentations, orders for packaging are being followed
• Cake decorating a huge plus
• Cleanliness and compliancy with all regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation, employment law and safety are followed.
• Work with and lead a team
• Be punctual, team player and motivated worker.
• Basic managerial scheduling and bookkeeping skills a must
