Senior Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury

Known for its relentless advocacy on behalf of the injured, the firm specializes in complex personal injury cases and is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse litigation docket, focusing on complex personal injury matters.
- Serve as lead counsel for depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials.
- Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs.
- Develop and execute effective case strategies from intake through resolution.
- Collaborate with paralegals, litigation support staff, and fellow attorneys to drive successful outcomes.
