Part Time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst excited to join our expansion in Savannah, Georgia, providing home-based services. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians, delivering in-home ABA to children aged 3-21
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress through communication and supervision
- Collaborate with families and professionals to implement and optimize treatment plans
- Supervise technicians via virtual or in-person meetings, providing feedback and training
- Sign weekly timesheets and ensure timely note conversion within 48 hours
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Stay informed on latest research and BACB guidelines
- Participate in meetings and case conferences for professional growth
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in program development, data analysis, ABA principles, and supervision software2-3 years experience in Case Management and telehealth (preferred)Experience with Central Reach ABA Software (preferred)Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and manage prioritiesCPR certification or willingness to obtainEducational Requirements
