Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians, delivering in-home ABA to children aged 3-21
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress through communication and supervision
• Collaborate with families and professionals to implement and optimize treatment plans
• Supervise technicians via virtual or in-person meetings, providing feedback and training
• Sign weekly timesheets and ensure timely note conversion within 48 hours
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans
• Stay informed on latest research and BACB guidelines
• Participate in meetings and case conferences for professional growth
• Perform other duties as assigned
