Our client, a reputable and growing engineering and consulting firm, is seeking a PE-licensed Senior Project Manager to join their Water Resources Engineering team in Virginia. This position offers the opportunity to lead stormwater, drainage, river mechanics, and erosion / sediment control projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects throughout the full lifecycle, including scope development, proposals, contract negotiations, and project delivery.
- Serve as primary client liaison and lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, design, reports, specifications, and plan production.
- Mentor junior staff and support their technical development.
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, subconsultants, and multi-discipline teams.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to clients.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).PE license preferred.12+ years of relevant engineering experience.4+ years managing multi-disciplinary projects.Experience in stormwater, drainage, erosion / sediment control, and water resources engineering.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.About the Company

$140,000 – $160,000 (DOE)
