Staffing Coordinator

A company is looking for a Staffing Coordinator for a full-time contract role.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients, caregivers, and patients to manage staffing and scheduling issues

Utilize technology to assign clients to appropriate caregivers and track communications

Handle patient health information and ensure accurate record-keeping across multiple systems

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or retail preferred

Previous experience in home care scheduling is a plus

Strong ability to navigate multiple technology systems simultaneously

Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Experience in the home care, healthcare, or senior-related industry is a plus
