Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent; machining trade school or certification preferred. Track record as a CNC Machinist or equivalent role. Proficiency with CNC operations and precision measuring instruments. Deep understanding of G-code programming and machine setup. Ability to read / understand engineering documentation and blueprints. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Clear, collaborative communication style. Availability for flexible scheduling and overtime when needed. Troubleshooting Skills CNC Programming G-Code Machine setups for production runs CNC Lathe (5+ axis)

From our Houston, TX, 77041 site, you’ll turn complex drawings into meticulously crafted parts that keep industries moving. We’re looking for a hands-on technician who thrives on multi-axis CNC lathes with live tooling, owns quality at the spindle, and finds smarter ways to run every job.
How you’ll contribute
- Set up and run CNC machines to exact specifications, prioritizing expertise on multi-axis lathes with live tooling.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan tooling and operations.
- Watch the process closely—adjust programs, offsets, and tooling to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
- Champion safety and quality procedures at every step.
- Collaborate across the team to optimize processes and elevate efficiency.
- Capture production data and maintain thorough records of each job.
