JOB TITLE : Store Clerk

LOCATION / DEPT : Kewanee 360 Life Center

REPORTS TO : Director and works in coordination with the Assistant Manager

PEOPLE MANAGER : No

FLSA CATEGORY : Non-Exempt, Part Time; 15 hours per week.

PAY GRADE : 201

PAY RATE : $15.00 - $18.53 Hourly

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for customer service and daily operations such as greeting guests, sorting donations, and operating the register while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Straighten racks
• Keep sales floor in a neat and tidy fashion
• Assist customers
• Direct clients needing assistance to the office
• Assist customers bringing in donations
• Work in sorting room
• Check out customers on cash register

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent. Significant experience may be considered in lieu of.

Experience :

Retail and money handling experience preferred along with a friendly, positive attitude to interact with and support customer relation needs.
