Competitive Pay : $45-$75 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties :

Develop and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans for residents.

Assist with the new sensory program, focusing on resident engagement and sensory stimulation.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.

Conduct evaluations to determine therapy needs and document progress.

Educate residents and their families on at-home exercises and wellness strategies.

Maintain accurate records and comply with all facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Passion for working with residents in a post-acute care setting.

Experience with sensory programs is a plus!
