Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive medical care , including diagnosis , treatment , surgery , and preventative medicine
- Mentor and lead veterinary staff including technicians and assistants
- Manage daily operations , including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Implement innovative process improvements to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency
- Foster lasting relationships with clients and local referral sources to ensure outstanding service and care
- Champion a positive, team-centered culture and uphold clinical excellence across the practice
Qualifications :
DVM / VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary schoolLicensed veterinarian in Florida (or ability to obtain licensure)2-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory veterinary roleProven leadership and management capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to mentorship , team development, and high-standard veterinary careBenefits :
