Building Facilities Manager - DSC

Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Building Facilities Manager for one of our trusted, locally owned clients with a reputation for excellence in their industry. The Facilities Manager will oversee all aspects of building operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our corporate team.

Role : Building Facilities Manager

Location : Dunwoody

Onsite : 100% onsite

Job Type : Direct Hire

Compensation : $65,000 - $85,000 annually

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee daily facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.

Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts.

Partner with leadership to ensure operational excellence and sustainability.

Lead inspections, budgeting, and capital improvement initiatives.

Act as the primary contact for all maintenance and building support needs.

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years’ facilities or property maintenance experience (commercial or multi-tenant).

Strong mechanical, safety, and vendor management expertise.

Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

OSHA 10 / 30 certification required; FMP / CFM preferred.
