What you'll do

Our Global Solutions Marketing team is responsible for crafting compelling narratives and assets that illustrate how Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) empowers customers in our core industries, lines of business, and international regions to transform their agreement processes - and their businesses - with our suite of tailored agreement management applications. As a Product Marketing Manager - Global Solutions, you will be responsible for communicating the value of Docusign’s products and solutions in Japan. You’ll be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our customers, their challenges, and how our portfolio of solutions can help them deliver better results. This is a highly cross-functional role, in which you’ll partner closely with our Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Field Enablement teams to arm stakeholders with compelling messaging that helps to generate and convert demand at various stages of the sales cycle.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Sr. Manager Solutions Product Marketing - International.

Responsibility

  • Develop messaging and assets that highlight the value of Docusign IAM applications and solutions in Japan
  • Support the development and prioritization of the product roadmap and GTM strategy in Japan
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to generate demand, convert opportunities, and drive awareness by activating local solutions messaging and sales plays
  • Lead localization of priority content in Japan
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Solution Consulting and Sales to develop and localise content for first and third-party event
  • Develop, localise and deliver sales enablement and sales resources to field teams
  • Monitor and report on product performance, pricing and packaging, and key audience trends
  • Support competitive intelligence initiatives to identify customer needs, refine messaging, and prioritize go-to-market opportunities
  • Develop and maintain feedback loops with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met and content is performing with key customer audiences

Job Designation

Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role / job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. What you bring

  • 5+ years product marketing or equivalent GTM experience in the B2B SaaS space in Japan
  • BS / BA degree or equivalent in relevant marketing / sales experience
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Field Enablement, in a B2B setting
  • Native or bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who can drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance
  • Proven ability to understand and distill complex topics into simple, compelling messaging that is understandable for non-technical audiences
