What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver technology projects (firewalls, networks, servers, VoIP, WiFi deployments, and more) from start to finish.
• Partner with sales to scope, design, and implement client solutions.
• Be the
• face of onboarding
• for new clients—ensuring a smooth transition.
• Serve as an
• escalation resource
• for advanced networking and system issues.
• Ensure every project is
• fully documented
• and handed off cleanly to the support team.
• Continue growing through certifications, training, and real-world experience.

• Proven experience in
• network engineering, system administration, or IT project delivery
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (Network+ or equivalent required).
• Ability to take ownership of projects, from planning to implementation.
