HR Support Specialist (Contract)

Location : Mineral Wells, TX

Industry : Oil & Gas Support Services

Schedule : Monday – Wednesday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Duration : 6-Month Contract

Reports To : HR Generalist

Position Overview :

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our client's team in Mineral Wells, TX. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced HR environment within the oil and gas support industry. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient with computer systems, and have the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately scan, file, and organize HR and administrative documents
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform precise and timely data entry tasks
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team (no direct customer interaction)
• Occasionally lift and transport packages, files, and other materials (up to 30 lbs)
