Dental Director

We are seeking a Chief Dental Director - Dentist to work permanently and directly under our client in a Primary Care setting located in Klamath County, OR. Chief Dental Director - Dentist Opportunity (Leadership Experience Required) • Base compensation of $300,000+ • Up to $50,000 in incentives • Leadership role with clinical oversight and team support • Paid relocation assistance • Comprehensive benefits package • EMR: eClinicalWorks Job Duties of the Chief Dental Director – Dentist: Oversees the Dental Department, including reviewing and updating clinical policies and procedures, reviewing incident reports, and coordinating clinical Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives and performance measures. Participates in discussions and problem-solving related to revenue generation, budgeting and financial planning, strategic planning, organizational systems, patient satisfaction, personnel policies, compensation and benefits, contract provisions, and decisions regarding expansion or reduction of staff, facilities, or services as they relate to medical programs. Directly supervises the provider group and completes annual performance evaluations, along with providing timely and ongoing feedback to staff. Qualifications of the Dental Director - Dentist: Current, valid dental license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon, including DEA license and ACLS/PALS required. 3 plus years’ experience within primary care or community health settings Graduation from an accredited school of dentistry is required
