Title : Unified Communications (UC) Engineer Contract (Strike Support Coverage)

Location : Remote

Rate : 60-70 / hr

Duration : Short term with possibility of extension

Start : Immediate availability preferred

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Unified Communications environments (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Cisco voice technologies and enterprise telephony infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret logs, identify anomalies, and respond to operational issues quickly.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors for incident resolution.
• Ability to work independently in a high-availability, mission-critical environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
