Requirements :

Active Oklahoma LPN license

Minimum 3 years of experience; Mental Health or Substance Abuse experience preferred

BLS required; ACLS preferred

Skilled in emergency response (e.g., cardiopulmonary arrest, MI, CVA)

Experience with dressing changes, medication administration (oral & IM), vital signs, and managing specialized equipment

Mix of weekdays and every weekend required

May work up to 48 hours per week (no OT billed)

No call
