The Machinists Institute (MI) is a 501c3 nonprofit established by the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers District 751. MI provides world-class training for current and future aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing workers, focusing on living-wage career opportunities through advanced education and training.
The Contract Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) – WABO Testing Administrator will administer and supervise WABO (Washington Association of Building Officials) welding performance qualification tests, ensuring compliance with WABO Welding Manual and test procedures.
Location : Tukwila, WA
Reports to : Welding Program Director

Contract Terms
Compensation : $65 / hr
Duration : Contract basis with potential for renewal based on demand and performance.
Schedule : Flexible / as needed based on testing dates and candidate availability.
