Offer essential classroom support on a flexible, substitute basis in a school setting. This role allows you to assist students and teachers with academic and behavioral needs while gaining valuable experience across various grade levels.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience with children preferred (school, daycare, after-school programs)

Ability to remain calm, organized, and attentive in busy classrooms

Willingness to support students with different learning or developmental needs

Clear communication and time management skills

Key Responsibilities :

Assist students in completing instructional tasks

Support classroom structure when regular staff are absent

Offer redirection and assistance with student behavior, when appropriate

Supervise classroom routines, lunch, and recess

Follow directions provided by teachers or instructional staff

Work in a setting where your support helps students continue their daily progress.
