Key Responsibilities :
- Provide individual and group therapy in Residential, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) settings for clients with substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support client recovery and overall mental health.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those requiring services in Spanish or who are part of the D / deaf and hard of hearing community.
Qualifications :
Active Rhode Island clinical licensure. Also will consider CADC and PADCExperience in substance use disorder treatment is required.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Benefits :

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday 9-5 or 10-6
