POSITION SUMMARY

This position is for a Landscape Construction Project Manager, working out of our Plymouth, MA location. The Landscape Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing and delivering high-quality landscape construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Serving as the primary liaison between clients, crews, and vendors, the Project Manager ensures clear communication and efficient resource management. The position demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of hardscaping and construction practices to achieve client satisfaction and project success.Landscape construction experience required in landscape industry.

OBJECTIVES

• Ensure all landscape construction projects, with a focus on hardscape projects, are completed within the established timelines.
• Oversee project expenses to ensure they align with approved budgets while maximizing profitability.
• Guarantee that all construction work meets design specifications and the companys high-quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Efficiently allocate labor, materials, and equipment to achieve project objectives while minimizing waste.
• Supervise and guide construction crews to maintain high levels of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Identify and resolve issues during construction promptly to prevent delays or additional costs.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services from vendors and subcontractors while maintaining strong working relationships.
• Keep detailed records of project plans, schedules, change orders, and expenditures for reference and reporting.
• Analyze completed projects to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
