Senior Program Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic improvements in servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale programs across key pillars of Servicing Programs, including operational systems and governance

Lead initiatives to enhance employee and vendor engagement, creating measurable frameworks for improvement

Coordinate borrower success programs to improve contact center performance and overall borrower experience

Required Qualifications

6-8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategy, preferably in financial services or fintech

Proven success in translating strategy into structured execution across multiple teams

Experience leading cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, and Compliance

Track record of building scalable systems or governance models

Skilled at driving alignment across complex stakeholder groups, including external vendors
