Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are a dedicated real estate management company seeking a full-time experienced maintenance technician to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned
• Complete make ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager
• Schedule and complete the Preventative Maintenance Program
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting and basic HVAC repairs
• Repairing and treating structures such as showers, appliances, doors, cabinets, dry wall and building exteriors, windows and fences
• Apartment unit turnovers for occupancy

Work Environment

This position requires working in person and includes exposure to outside weather conditions. The role involves an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities. The physical demands include exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, 30-50 pounds frequently, and 15-25 pounds constantly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $54080.00 / yr.
