As part of our commitment to whole-home electrification, we are expanding our Energy Services team to include high-efficiency heat pump HVAC systems. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Helper to join our growing team to assist with the installation and maintenance of high-quality HVAC systems, including heat pumps, in residential properties.

Position Overview :

As an HVAC Helper, you will be responsible for assisting the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, with a focus on heat pumps and hybrid solutions. You will work closely with our project management and service teams to ensure efficient and high-quality installations, contributing to our mission of providing sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including heat pump and hybrid systems, in residential properties.
• Follow installation guidelines and specifications to ensure proper system operation.
• Measure, cut, and install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring.
• Connect HVAC units to ductwork, electrical power, and refrigerant lines.
• Test installed systems for proper operation and identify any issues.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and materials used.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners on the job site.
