What You Will Do :
- The Sr Account Manager at Ironworks will be responsible for leading key client initiatives and overseeing the growth and development of direct reports to meet our client's objectives.
- The main responsibilities of this role are to drive client satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, and seamless communication, delivered through disciplined project execution.

Management and Supervision :
Responsible for guiding direct reports and agency partners to deliver work with excellenceServe as an escalation point, coach and mentor to direct reportsBuild trust and accountability with agency / organizational partners that support client deliverablesClient Leadership & Relationship Management :
Establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with their assigned business unit partners and extended agency and enterprise teamsAffirmation of trust with clients through consistent communication and value-added engagements, connecting dots for the clients across the enterprise, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutionsManagement of client relationships in a solution-oriented way, knowing how to navigate interpersonal differences and utilizing escalation when neededMonitor and manage the financial performance of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingStrategy Planning & Brand Stewardship :
Communication of business unit objectives and strategies to agency team members and establishment of accountability for the role that everyone has in helping the client achieve their goals through IronworksCreation of creative briefs aligning to client's business objectives, utilizing industry data, past campaign performance, and insights to jump start agency creativityApplication of a data-first mindset to the creation of campaigns, from utilizing data to inform the brief to how to measure campaign effectivenessProject Oversight & Execution :

Summary Pay Range : $126,000.00 - $189,000.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
